Welcome to In a Nutshell the voice of the Massachusetts movement. In a Nutshell is published bi-annually and carries articles relating to the growth and empowerment of psychiatric consumers, survivors, and ex-patients (c/s/x). Articles can be submitted up to one month prior to publication date. All articles will be reviewed by the newsletter committee prior to publication.
