In A Nutshell Mission Statement In a Nutshell strives to provide information on M-POWER functions to the public and especially to consumers. We publish Chapter updates, previews and reviews of direct act,ions, and literary work by consumers. All submissions will be considered, however, the decisions of the Newsletter Committee will be final. We are funded in part by the M-POWER Board. We expect to appear bi-annually.
