Don Driscoll:  Lowell Stigma Victory

Lowell M-POWER member Don Driscoll describes the culmination of the chapter's Stigma Awareness Campaign. This campaign concerned the deliberate exclusion of Tewksbury State Hospital patients from visiting the nearby town while on "off grounds" passes.
